Q: How do I access the course?

A: After you've added it to your cart and completed checkout, you should receive an email titled "Welcome to HyperSpring University" with your initial login link. Once you go to that link and set your password, you will be in the course video player. Later, you can always log in by going to www.HyperSpringToys.com and clicking Video Course Login in the top left menu.

Q: Is this a physical thing that is being shipped to me?

A: No, this is a digital-only video course.

Q: Can I download this course for offline viewing?

A: Sorry, no, the course is currently only available for online streaming.

Q: Do I need a specific spring for this course?

A: We highly recommend either The Original HyperSpring or The Bigger HyperSpring. Their proportions are perfect for both these beginner moves, and more advanced tricks. While these beginner tricks should be possible with any plastic toy spring you can easily grasp in your hand, they may be more difficult. Metal Slinky®s are not recommended.

Q: What age group is this course for?

A: This course will be best enjoyed by ages 7 to 107. Exceptionally clever and patient children ages 5-7 may also be able to learn! People over the age of 107 should quit playing with toys and get a job.

Q: Will I be a master of HyperSpring after watching this course?

A: Although this course is 3 hours long, it will take a lot more than 3 hours of practice to truly master the moves in this course. However, you will have a solid foundation of skill that will make practicing incredibly fun and enjoyable! Completing this course will also prepare you for the intermediate course: Twists, Flips, and Beyond (Part 1).

Q: What's with the phrase "Slinky Manipulation" that is sometimes used instead of "HyperSpring"?

A: This course pre-dates our re-branding from Slinky Josh's Magic Springs to HyperSpring. You will also hear the word "slinky" used repeatedly throughout the course. But don't worry, everything in the course is 100% applicable to HyperSpring, and all of the tricks will be demonstrated with The Original HyperSpring™.
