⚠️ You are responsible for entering your shipping address correctly, as your package will be shipped to the exact address you enter. If you enter your address incorrectly, once it ships, re-shipment of your order is not covered by the HyperSpring guarantee, and you will be required to pay a re-stocking and re-shipment fee to have it shipped to you a second time. However, if you do enter your address incorrectly, please email info@hyperspringtoys.com ASAP, including your order number, the incorrect address, and the address you would like to change it to. If your order has not shipped yet, we will update the shipping address for you at no charge.
⚠️ Once the tracking shows that your package has been delivered, you are responsible for it. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen by porch thieves. Packages that are successfully delivered to your address, then lost or stolen, are not covered by the HyperSpring guarantee. We recommend monitoring the tracking and picking your package up from your mailbox ASAP once it has been delivered.
⚠️ If your package is held at your local post office because you entered the wrong address, you will be responsible for picking it up.
⚠️ For orders to countries other than the USA, you are responsible for paying any applicable VAT (Value Added Tax), import duties, and/or brokerage fees charged by the shipping carrier for collecting this tax. These taxes are charged by your government and are NOT included in the shipping price (unless stated otherwise - for some countries we do offer shipping rates that include the taxes/duties). If your order is returned to us because you refused to pay these taxes/fees, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping times:
Once your order is placed, we will ship it as soon as possible, usually within one or two business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email with tracking information.
At checkout, a shipping time estimate will be displayed alongside your shipping rate. This estimate is calculated based on what country you're in and where your products are shipping from. Shipping times are estimated, not guaranteed, and may be subject to delay due to natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control.
That said, if your package does not arrive by the maximum estimated time, or your tracking has not shown any update in 7 days or more, please email info@hyperspringtoys.com and we will look into the matter. If the package was lost by the postal service, we will mail you a replacement at no cost to you.
If you're unable to complete checkout, we may not have yet calculated shipping rates to your country. Please send an email to info@hyperspringtoys.com and we'll see if we can set up shipping to your country!
